CLASSES BEGIN OCT 5TH

 

                               Cardio Dance

This class is for adults young and otherwise will begin 6:45pm-7:30. Will combine dance moves for an energizing, fun cardio, calorie burning 45 min class.

Tuesday & Thursday  $20 monthly for members and $40 for nonmembers.  Register at the front desk classes held at the activity center 


                               Youth Dance

6pm-6:45 this class will be 45 min and will combine different dance steps and moves from several dance technques. For ages 3 - 12 yr.  Register your child at the front desk, classes held at the activity center

 Tuesday & Thursday  $20 monthly for members and $40 for nonmembers. .   

                               Step Aerobics/Low impact

This class is great for all fitness levels.  you can use a bench or take the class as low impact. It is available to the first 5 that sign up.  Don't miss out, come sign up now!   This class is held at Trinity United Methodist.

Monday & Wednesday 7 - 8pm    Saturday: 10 -11am      $20/members/month    $40/Non member/month


                               Swim lessons 

Tuesday & Thursday    Beginners: 5:35 - 6:05pm & 5:45 - 6:15     Intermediate: 6:10 - 6:40pm     Advanced 5:00-5:30

Lessons are held at the Cardinal Center .  Oct-April  Fees: Members $20/month,  Non Members  $40/month    

                                                            

                                                Water Aerobics

 A high energy, low-impact aerobic class in the water. The buoyancy of the water means that aqua classes provide a virtually impact-free cardiovascular workout, significantly reducing stress on the joints and muscle soreness. The majority of class is held in the shallow end of the pool. Our deep water segment (5') uses buoyancy equipment.  There is a strong cardio segment for approximately 25-30 minutes combined with strength training, using resistant equipment and stretching to improve flexibility. Because water creates 12 times more resistance than air, aquatic training has great potential for muscle definition.  This class focuses on your core and more!  This class can be modified for all levels of fitness.  Class time:  45 minutes 

Tuesday & Thursday 6:45 - 7:30pm  Oct-April   Fees: Members $20/month  Non Members $40/month  class held at the Cardinal Center.

 

                                          SilverSneakers

Muscular strength & range of movement.  Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular endurance.  Class can be done from a seated position or for those looking for a more challenging experience from a standing position.   Class is held at the Activity Center

Tuesday & Thursday 10:30am Fees: No charge for SilverSneaker card holders, Members $20/month, Nonmembers $40/month
