Annual rates include taxes and processing fee.  Monthly is to be deducted automatically on Debit or Credit card.  Monthly rates include tax, $25 processing fee and first payment due upon registration 

There are several payment options.  Businesses with groups of 10 or more may be eligible for a discount.
